The Pikes Peak Housing Network has compiled a list of providers who are working on housing affordability solutions in the Pikes Peak Region. Providers may be listed multiple times because they fit into more than one category.
- Colorado Springs Housing Authority: The Colorado Springs Housing Authority is dedicated to providing and sustaining quality housing affordability by being innovative, performance-oriented, and results-driven. They work to establish effective partnerships and sound fiscal practices to benefit the quality of life in the Pikes Peak Region.
- Greccio Housing: Its mission is to provide stable, safe, housing affordability, offering resources for residents to achieve stability, and promote solutions to the housing affordability needs of our community. To learn more, visit here.
- Housing Authority of the City of Fountain: A public housing agency that participates in the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) and Public Housing programs.
- Partners in Housing: Partners in Housing manages the Park Meadows Apartments among other affordable housing units. To get connected, visit here.
- Solid Rock Community Development Corporation: Solid Rock owns a 77-unit affordable housing property in southeast Colorado Springs and is planning future developments in the near future. To learn more, visit here.
- DHN Development: DHN owns several affordable and sustainable multifamily properties in downtown and the southeast area of Colorado Springs. To learn mores, visit here.
- Silver Key Apartments at Murray: Silver Key rents 50 units. 37 are rented to seniors 62 years and older and 13 units are set-aside for veterans.
- Paloma Gardens – This new 50-unit apartment property rents to seniors 62-years and older.
- Dream Centers Mary’s Home: A safe haven for women and children to rewrite their dreams.
- Family Life Services: Originally the Christian Home for Children, we refined our mission in the 1980’s to focus on single moms and their children. In the security of their individual apartments, moms and their children are free to eat and sleep and thrive.
- Ithaka Land, Inc.: Provides affordable housing for those living in Colorado Springs. They can accommodate individuals as well as families in a variety of housing.
- Partners in Housing: Provides one year of transitional housing and a program with supportive services to families with children experiencing homelessness. Their mission is to guide families in housing crisis from insecurity to stability, self-reliance, and prosperity. For more information and to apply, visit here.
- Salvation Army: Supportive, emergency shelters and group living centers provide housing, food, and overnight lodging for varying amounts of time to destitute families, seniors and homeless.
- Working Fusion at Mill Street: Working Fusion at Mill Street is a neighborhood community that fortifies motivated young adults to create lives of purpose and sustainable independence. By providing dignified housing, accessible support services, and an inspiring peer community, Working Fusion becomes a partner in creating a clear path forward for young adults who have experienced economic challenges. - Community Health Partnership (CHP): Provides planning, administrative, and data services for the Pikes Peak Continuum of Care to build an effective system of care for people experiencing homelessness.
- Family Promise: Transforming the lives of families experiencing homelessness.
- Homeward Pikes Peak: Recovery, Restoring Dignity, Housing the Homeless.
Salvation Army: Supportive, emergency shelters and group living centers provide housing, food and overnight lodging for varying amounts of time to destitute families, seniors and homeless.
Springs Rescue Mission: Its mission is to see lives transformed and filled with hope as our community works together to fight homelessness, poverty, and addiction.

- Mt. Carmel Veterans Service Center
Provides transition and employment assistance, behavioral health and wellness, supportive services, connection to community resources, and safe event space for veterans, military members, and their families.
- Rocky Mountain Human Services:
Offers person-centered case management and direct service programs for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, veterans, children, and adults transitioning from a mental health institute or hospital to a community setting. Committed to collaborating with individuals and their families to support independence and quality of life.
- VA Supportive Housing (VASH):
A collaborative program between U.X. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the VA that combines HUD housing vouchers with VA supportive services to help veterans who are homeless, and their families, find and sustain permanent housing.
Veteran Build Program is an initiative by Habitat for Humanity to provide housing solutions and volunteer and employment opportunities to U.S. veterans, military service members, and their families.
- Apartment Association of Southern Colorado– A regional trade association serving owners, managers, and suppliers in the rental housing industry.
- Colorado Springs Urban Renewal Authority (CSURA): Assists with the restoration and redevelopment of specified areas determined to meet the State Statutes for blight and promotes projects that supply public benefit, provide quality sustainable places, create jobs, promote public art, offer affordable housing and raise the standard of development in Colorado Springs.
- Energy Resource Center: A non-profit construction company assisting income-qualified families through energy efficiency improvements such as insulation, HVAC, hot water heaters, lighting, appliances, air sealing and more. These efforts save money on energy bills, reduce demand on natural resources by cutting energy waste, assist with the affordable housing crisis, and create a safe environment in which Colorado residents can thrive.
- Housing & Building Association of Colorado Springs (HBA): Promotes policies that allow for the production of safe and attainable housing and enhances the environment for the housing and building industry in the Pikes Peak Region.
- Housing Colorado: An industry resource for all aspects of housing affordability, including professional advocacy, issue expertise, and networking opportunities.
- Pikes Peak Continuum of Care (PPCoC):The local decision-making group whose purpose and scope is to implement community-wide commitment to the goal of ending homelessness in El Paso County, Colorado.
- Silver Key Senior Services: Serves in partnership with their stakeholders to support a healthy quality of life for seniors, allowing them to age safely with dignity and independence.
- Urban Land Institute of Colorado-Provides leadership in the responsible use of land and in creating and sustaining thriving communities worldwide.
- Greccio Housing: Its mission is to provide stable, safe, housing affordability, offering resources for residents to achieve stability, and promote solutions to the housing affordability needs of our community.
- Better Business Bureau (Age-Friendly Certification):
Better Business Bureau of Southern Colorado’s Age-Friendly Business Certification was created through an alliance with Innovations in Aging Collaborative. The program promotes age-friendly business practices and certifies Colorado Springs businesses as age-friendly through a review process on their physical environment, staff and personnel, marketing and customer experience (Not a direct service provider).
- Pikes Peak Area Agency on Aging: PPAAA has been providing information, advocacy and services since 1965. Some of the services include health insurance and Medicaid support, caregiving home modifications, personal home care, transportation, meals, vision services and much more.
- Silver Key Senior Services:
Serves in partnership with their stakeholders to support a healthy quality of life for seniors, allowing them to age safely with dignity and independence.
- Brothers Redevelopment Inc:
Since 1971, Brothers has become synonymous with affordable, safe and accessible housing solutions for Colorado’s low-income, elderly and disabled residents. A nonprofit, Brothers has worked with countless supporters and tens of thousands of volunteers to provide a broad spectrum of housing-related services to hundreds of thousands of clients across the state. Promotes, develops and preserves sustainable housing affordability solutions.
- Myron Stratton Home: For over a century, The Myron Stratton Home has offered a comfortable, safe sanctuary for older persons with a limited income.
- Colorado Housing Finance Authority (CHFA):
Using a variety of resources, CHFA’s Community Development team partners with lenders and economic developers to provide you with the financing you need for future growth.
- El Paso County Economic Development:
Uniquely tasked with a holistic approach to economic development through diverse incentives for businesses. Leverages federal and state resources for housing and community development.
- Pikes Peak Habitat for Humanity:
People in your community and all over the world partner with Habitat to build or improve a place they can call home. Habitat homeowners help build their own homes alongside volunteers and pay an affordable mortgage. With our help, Habitat homeowners achieve the strength, stability, and independence they need to build a better life for themselves and their families.
- Rocky Mountain Community Land Trust (RMCLT):
Implements a number of different programs and embarks on a wide range of projects to attain its goal of providing permanent, quality affordable housing opportunities to limited-income families.
